Beans

Beans are full of magnesium, iron, fibre, and B vitamins. All of those nutrients are shown to protect you against heart disease. People should try a variety of beans, like chickpeas, black beans, navy beans, and pinto beans. They can be added to salads, soups, and pureed foods. Beans are a great way to help prevent heart disease.

Salmon 

Salmon tastes great, whether you grill, bake, or broil it. Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3s are healthy fats that keep the blood pressure and triglyceride at a healthy level. Omega-3s has shown to prevent heart disease. Studies show that populations that eat a lot of fish have the lowest rates of heart disease.

Berries

Berries are packed full of antioxidants which lower blood pressure well increase HDL levels. Berries have more antioxidants than many other fruits and vegetables. HDL (high-density lipoprotein) is good cholesterol. It is a type of cholesterol that removes plaque from the arteries

People can easily add berries to their oatmeal, salads, and smoothies. Berries will also make a good and healthy snack.

A healthy diet is the best path to a healthy heart. You don’t have to eat bland and bad-tasting food for health. Dark chocolate, Beans, salmon, and berries are great tasting foods that will keep your heart healthy.
